And by the way, very few of the staff wore masks and we never knew if they had any coffee or water on hand or about any, if any amenities were to be had. We found all the bags still in the room behind the desk! Theses bags had all the information about the wedding schedule and as the staff was not helpful in the least to the guests they had to figure out for themselves the schedule, including when the bus was going to pick them up. After the wedding we found out these bags were never distributed and the rest of the guests had the same issues with the two rude desk clerks. The tea bar is complimentary and self-serve.
