I’d definitely say that Doctor Strange, Shang Chi, Black Panther, and Lady Thor (Jane Foster), are high possibilities considering they all have new movies coming out in Phase 4. So it seems like the film may introduce us to the team. Apparently Carol Danvers will be positioned to become the leader of the New Avengers team. MCU Cosmic reports that Captain Marvel 2 will set up the story that will be further explored in a future New Avengers movie. With rumors of a Young Avengers movie being in the works, it seems that fans are pretty dead set on that being the next Avengers outing, however, Captain Marvel 2 rumors seem to be hinting at something else.
